Supervisory Board

Our supervisory board is regularly consulted for their advice with regard to different topics related to the Cargobox. Therefore, the members of the supervisory board are highly valued by the Cargobox Company. The Board of Supervisory Directors consists of persons representing the shareholders. In case a new investor comes on board, he also will have the right to appoint a member of the Board. We are very privileged that Mr. Robert Kuijpers has accepted to take up the position of Chairman of the Board. The following persons are currently member of the supervisory board, in alphabetical order of their last names:

Mr. Michael Ogg

Michael Ogg spent more than 34 years with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and for nearly 30 years he lived and worked in Europe. He was the European Regional Manager for Global Sustainment, where he served as the senior LM Aero executive responsible for 3 aircraft programs in 9 European countries. Michael was also a key member of LM's Industrial Compensation team, and was responsible for putting together large industrial compensation packages in various countries to satisfy LM's industrial Compensation offset obligations. He has lectured at numerous universities in Europe on the American Aerospace and Defense Industry and has served as the Supervisor for LM's European university intern program. Michael was active for several years in the American Defense Industry Forum in Brussels. Michael holds a B.Sc. degree in Management with a specialty in Logistics Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.

Mr. Martin Zumtobel

Martin Zumtobel, an Austrian citizen, did his studies in business at the University of Economy in Vienna and graduated with a master's degree in business. This was preceded by postgraduate studies at INSEAD in Fountainbleau (France) resulting in a MBA degree. In 1971, Martin started to work for the family business F.M. Zumtobel and soon took over the company's management and, later on, the majority of the company's shares. Martin constantly expanded the company's retail activities (familia supermarkets) and had a turnover of approx. EUR 75 mio., 3,300 employees and 120 affiliates in 1991. Martin sold his company to Migros (Switzerland) in 1991. Martin is co-founder and major shareholder of RFID Invest AG, which is one of the shareholders of Cargobox Holding B.V.Mr. Geert KraakGeert Kraak has an extensive background in international Finance and Control, starting his career 25 years ago covering the Manufacturing Industry, Professional and Financial Services on three continents; Europe, North America and Asia and within different roles as Senior Vice President and Managing Director among others and currently acting as Chief Financial Officer. Geert holds a Master degree in Finance and Control from the Free University of Amsterdam and another Master degree in Accounting, Auditing and Control from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, which made him a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Controller.

Geert Kraak has an extensive background in international Finance and Control, starting his career 25 years ago covering the Manufacturing Industry, Professional and Financial Services on three continents; Europe, North America and Asia and within different roles as Senior Vice President and Managing Director among others and currently acting as Chief Financial Officer. Geert holds a Master degree in Finance and Control from the Free University of Amsterdam and another Master degree in Accounting, Auditing and Control from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, which made him a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Controller.
