Marketing Policy
We foresee that end-users, the shippers, will lease a Cargobox from their (existing) Logistic Services Providers as per demand. This may be an individual trip of one Cargobox for a single shipment, up to a multi-year contract for multiple Cargoboxes. We will offer these 3P LSPs the possibility to enter into long-term lease agreements, as from 6 months up to 3 years, depending on the actual desired terms, or to receive a commission fee for each Cargobox rented by their clients.
Actual lease prices will vary and depend on the type of services and the duration. Payment of long-term lease contracts (with 3P LSPs) will be based on monthly installments, fairly in relation to the anticipated final invoice, unless he has an existing business relationship with his LSP. The Service we offer will be "all-inclusive" with no investments on the side of the shipper or consignee. It includes infrastructure equipment (RFID tag readers) and use of the Cargosyst software. In case of specific supply chains, we will offer Cargobox for sale at prices depending on quantity and other market conditions.
Direct sales (of lease contracts) to the existing parties in the supply chain are our primary focal point. If necessary, we will make use of local or regional intermediaries and/or existing companies offering air cargo equipment. As from the commercial exploitation of the Cargobox, the Lockbar will become available with a choice of additional features, depending on the nature of the goods and shipper's requirements.
